In this life, it takes the grace and strength of God to scale through its ups and downs. From the days of old till now, everyone that has trusted in God never had any cause to regret. Abraham for instance trusted in God. The bible said his faith in God was counted as righteousness to God.
David said in 2 Sam 22:33 that God is my strength and power and He maketh my way perfect. He had had a close walk with God before he could confidently say that.
It is until we are close to God and accept Jesus Christ as our Headship that we can prevail. It is then we can say like Paul that we are more than conquer.
Also according to Isaiah 40:29, God gives strength to the faint, to those who are weary in heart, to those that have no strength, to those that had lost hope, to those that feel there's no way out for them. He said in verse 30 of the same chapter that they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagle, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
For all those to happen, we must always stay connected to our source and strengthener which is Jesus Christ. We must always remember that we can not do it on our own cause it's not by power nor by might of men. We need the strength of God.
We can partake of this strength by;
1. Trusting in God's will and not on our own understanding because He is our Alpha and Omega
2. By Prayer and Fasting: Hannah for instance prevailed through waiting in the Lord. She became fruitful.
3. Through Worship and Praise: Praise moves God. It's one of the best things we can give to Him. When we worship Him in spirit and truth, He'll moves on our behalf, fights our battles and give us strength and victories.
4. Through the Holy Spirit of God: Acts 1:8 says when we are filled with the Holy Spirit, then we can do great exploits for Him.
In conclusion, trust in the Lord, hold on to Him, depend only on His strength and directions and He will guide your heart and make you prevail in every endeavour of life. God bless you.
